Create a reusable brand brief for AI copy
Keep audience, facts, voice and forbidden claims in one practical brief. Build consistency through explicit inputs and review rather than vague brand adjectives.

Give the tool facts it can use
A reusable brief reduces repeated setup and makes inconsistencies easier to catch. Include the product, buyer, price, specifications, important policies, desired next action and claims to avoid. Keep source facts separate from proposed positioning.
Unknown details should be marked unknown. If shipping is undecided, do not let a draft turn “we expect to dispatch quickly” into “delivered tomorrow”. Review factual details every time the offer changes.
Turn tone into writing rules
“Warm and premium” can mean different things to different writers. Use concrete patterns and examples. A ceramics studio might prefer short sentences that name the object and its everyday use.
Before: “Elevate your daily ritual with exquisite craftsmanship.” After: “A mug for the coffee you make every morning.” The rule is to name the object and the moment it fits, while avoiding unsupported superlatives.
Separate the common brief from the task
The common brief contains stable product facts and voice. The task brief tells the tool what to make: a product description, subject line, Reel script or sales proposal. Give each task a specific audience and next action.
In Studio24’s guided kits, write the business brief once and use it across the steps. The browser carries that brief into the workspace. This is browser-local context, not persistent cross-device brand memory.
Review consistency in the campaign
Read the page, email and social copy together. Price, dates, included deliverables and limitations must agree. Check that the CTA points to the correct destination and does not promise a free step that requires payment.
Keep a dated source document for the actual offer. When a policy or feature changes, update that document before asking AI for more drafts. Consistency comes from clear inputs and human review, not from generating more variants.
Put the brief to work.
