The formula
Leads = visits × lead rate. Customers = leads × close rate. Revenue = customers × revenue per customer.
Worked example
10,000 visits × 5% = 500 leads. 500 × 10% = 50 customers. At 100 per customer, modeled revenue is 5,000.
